ShilaTeq

Your whole yard. On one phone.

Every block, every rupee, every worker, every customer — ShilaTeq runs your stone yard end to end. In English or Hindi. Even when there’s no signal.

the whole story ↓

The yard

You run crores on memory. And it works.

Rows of blocks under the open sky, each worth anywhere from thousands to lakhs. A register that has never missed a day. Chalk marks that mean something to exactly one person. Your memory, doing the work of a system — and doing it well.

Nobody built this business with software. You built it with discipline, trust, and thirty years of knowing every stone by heart.

It works — until the day it doesn’t.

The silent losses

Where a yard bleeds without noticing.

These are the trade’s losses, not yours alone. Every yard bleeds here — the bleed just never had a name.

  • TUE · 11:40The block nobody could find while the buyer waited.

Thousands of near-identical blocks, no index — a sale lost to a walk around the yard.

  • THU · 17:05The slab that sold below cost. Nobody knew.

Cutting wastage never entered the price, so the margin was a guess wearing a number.

  • ROW 6 · 180 DAYSThe stone quietly eating cash as it ages.

Dead capital doesn't announce itself — it just sits there, month after month.

  • SAT · 12:15The same block, promised to two buyers.

Two salesmen, one register, no way to know — and one very awkward phone call.

  • LEDGER PG. 84The credit that quietly became a bad debt.

Sold on trust, tracked in memory — exposure nobody could see until it was gone.

Every one of these has the same cause: the yard can’t see itself.

The idea

Every block gets an identity.

A stone block receives a QR label the moment it arrives. Its code is KSH-B0001. Its record holds what it is, what it cost, and how old it is. Point a phone at any block, and the stone tells you everything.

Point a phone at any block, and the stone tells you everything.

And once every block has an identity, the whole yard can run on it.

The whole yard

From quarry truck to delivered invoice. In order.

One order’s life, the way your yard actually runs it — with your own rule at the center.

The pipeline, in order: received, tagged, cut, quoted, reserved — then the payment gate: no confirmed payment, nothing moves. After a payment is recorded: processing, dispatched, delivered, and the order completes to sold — stock marked sold, cost frozen, assignment closed.

  1. 01

    Received

A purchase order arrives. One tap turns every line into tagged, costed stock.

  2. 02

    Tagged

Each block is minted with its QR identity — findable in seconds from any phone.

  3. 03

    Cut

The cutter logs the cut. Wastage prices itself into the slabs; the leftover becomes a sellable remnant.

  4. 04

    Quoted

A GST-previewed quote goes out on WhatsApp. Quotes hold no stock — first to convert wins.

  5. 05

    Reserved

The order reserves its stone atomically. Two salesmen can never sell the same block.

  6. The gate

“No confirmed payment — nothing moves.”

ShilaTeq refuses to process, dispatch, or ship an unpaid order. Your rule, made unbreakable.

Payment recorded. (The gate only opens after a confirmed payment.)

  7. 06

    Processing

Payment recorded — now the work begins.

  8. 07

    Dispatched

A gate pass goes with the truck. Nothing leaves unrecorded.

  9. 08

    Delivered → SOLD

The driver taps once. The whole sale closes itself.

    • stock marked sold
    • cost frozen at sale
    • assignment closed

But who’s going to use all this? Your workers?

The people

Ramesh can use this. In the shed. With no signal.

  • A username. Nothing else. No email, no password to memorize — his admin sets it up in a tap.
  • Icons and numbers first. The whole worker app runs in English or हिंदी — built for hands that work stone, not keyboards.
  • Works offline. A full shift logged in a dead zone. Everything saved, synced once — never lost, never counted twice.

And it shows a worker his own pay. In a trade that runs on trust, that says everything.

No signal · 3 saved, waiting to syncSynced — everything saved.

  • KSH-B0007 · cut logged · 4 slabs
  • KSH-B0012 · task step done
  • DN-101 · marked in transit

Offline — your progress is saved and will sync automatically.Signal returned. The queue drained in order — once each, never twice.

The world sees your yard

And while your yard runs itself — the world can finally see it.

The showroom

Your yard. Looking like this.

Every ShilaTeq yard gets its own public 3D showroom at its own link — real stone, browsable by any buyer, on any phone. It rides on every invoice and every WhatsApp message you send: your paperwork becomes your marketing.

“But who sees my prices?”

You choose, block by block. A price — or simply “On request”. Competitors see nothing you don’t show. Your costs, suppliers, and margins are never public. Ever.

Now — before you decide, here’s what we don’t do.

What ShilaTeq doesn't do. Yet.

  • Payments are recorded, not collected.Roadmap

No gateway fees, no cut of your money. Online UPI collection is on the roadmap.

  • Messages go by WhatsApp, not email.

It's the channel your customers actually read. There is no email system — by design.

  • One yard per account today.Roadmap

Group rollups for multi-yard owners are on the roadmap.

  • No app-store app. Add it to your home screen.

It's how ShilaTeq stays instant on any phone, with nothing to install or update.

  • The full audit trail is still being completed.Roadmap

An activity view exists today; automatic logging of every action is in progress.

That’s the whole truth. The rest you should see for yourself.
